Parc de l'estuaire protects the coastal forest and cliff landscape around the Gironde estuary. Its small museum and guided trails explain the local ecosystem, where pine woods, dunes, and estuary waters meet.
The cliff-top paths are the main reason to come, with wide views over the mouth of the estuary and the Atlantic coast south of Royan.
