Parc Phoenix is a large landscaped park near Nice airport, known for its greenhouse, gardens, water features, and family-friendly animal exhibits. It is not the old-town Riviera image of Nice, but it is a practical green break on the western side of the city.
The park is useful for families, layover time, or a slower day when beaches and museums are not the priority. Combine it with the Promenade des Anglais west end or visit before heading to the airport.
