The Teapot, or Teepott, is the rounded pavilion that helps define the Warnemuende waterfront. Its sweeping roof and circular form are pure late-1960s seaside modernism, sitting just beside the lighthouse where the promenade meets the broad Baltic beach.
You do not need to plan a long visit, but it is worth noticing. Together with the lighthouse and beach, the building gives Warnemuende a very different face from old Rostock: open, breezy, and slightly nostalgic for the East German holiday coast.
