The Vradeto Steps are a stone mountain path once used to connect Kapesovo with Vradeto, the highest of the Zagori villages. The route climbs in broad zigzags through limestone and scrub, a reminder that these villages were linked by footpaths long before roads reached them.
The hike is short but exposed enough to feel like a real mountain walk. From Vradeto you can continue toward the Beloi viewpoint for one of the classic views into Vikos Gorge.
