Enniskerry's main draw is the Powerscourt Estate immediately south of the village. The gardens alone are worth a half-day. Beyond them, the Wicklow Mountains beckon: walking trails lead into the hills in every direction, and the combination of river valleys, forested slopes, and moorland makes this one of the more rewarding walking areas close to Dublin.
