Public transport in Rimini is handy and easy. The municipal bus company TRAM links the entire urban and suburban area. The best-known route connects the city centre with Riccione, passing through the beachfront promenade -- Bellariva, Marebello, Rivazzurra, and Miramare. The route extends to Riccione's spas. Other routes reach Santarcangelo, Torre Pedrera, Bellaria-Igea Marina, and San Mauro Mare. There are 15 routes in total and they all stop at the railway station.
Coaches for San Marino, Morciano di Romagna, Cattolica, the airport, and other destinations also leave from the station. Near the station, the Ferrovie Padane bus line has coaches going to Valmarecchia and Montefeltro, with interesting towns like Verucchio, Pennabilli, Sant'Agata Feltria, and Carpegna.
