Vineria Cozzi has been pouring wine on Via Colleoni in the Citta Alta since the mid-1800s, and the interior looks like it. The original wooden bar, white tablecloths, and antique furniture give the place a timeless feel that no amount of deliberate design could replicate.
The wine list is extensive and leans heavily on Italian labels. There is a proper dining room for sit-down meals and a courtyard for warmer months. A good spot to wind down after walking the upper town's steep lanes.
