The bar on the main square that locals use as a reference point. Good espresso in the morning, decent aperitivo in the evening. Pastries come from a bakery in Perugia and are fresh early. The outdoor tables on the piazza are the best place to sit in good weather and watch the town go about its day. Unremarkable in the best sense — it does everything a local bar should do without pretension.
