Asolo sits in the Venetian foothills without its own railway station, but it is well connected by bus and easy to reach by car.
By train: The closest railway stations are Montebelluna (15 km), Castelfranco Veneto (16 km), and Bassano del Grappa (16 km). From Milan you can take the direct Freccia delle Dolomiti to Castelfranco Veneto. From all three stations, local buses run to Asolo.
By bus: Regular services connect Asolo to Bassano del Grappa, Padua via Castelfranco, and Treviso via Montebelluna. Buses stop at "Asolo - Ca' Vescovo" at the foot of the hill, with a minibus shuttle up to the town centre.
By car: From the east, take the Treviso Nord motorway exit and follow signs via Montebelluna. From the south, exit at Padova Est and drive via Castelfranco. From the west, exit at Vicenza Est via Cittadella and Castelfranco, or at Dueville via Bassano del Grappa.
