Porto Restaurant

Waterfront seafood restaurant on the marina promenade

Porto sits on the marina promenade just outside the old town, with a terrace looking directly across the water toward Sveti Nikola island. It is one of Budva's better-regarded waterfront dining spots, with a menu built around Adriatic seafood — branzino, sea bream, and octopus salad are constants, alongside the obligatory Montenegrin mixed grills for those not interested in fish.

Service is brisk in summer given the tourist volume. The location is the main draw: eating grilled fish with a cold local beer (Nikšičko, brewed in Montenegro) while watching boats come in and out of the marina is a solidly good way to spend an evening. Prices reflect the waterfront premium.
