The Town Café (Gradska Kafana) has the prime corner of Belavista Square, under the plane trees with the Sahat Kula at one side. It does coffee, breakfast, and a full Montenegrin menu through the day — but the reason to come is the terrace itself, which catches the morning sun and slides into shade by afternoon.
Sit here for an hour over a coffee and you will see most of the town pass through. The food is decent rather than memorable; the location is the dish.
