The Pine Embankment is the older social heart of Tivat, a waterfront walk lined with cafés, palms, moored boats, and evening strollers. It lacks Porto Montenegro's expensive finish, which is exactly why it is useful.
Come for coffee in the morning or a slow walk before dinner. The views across the bay are gentle rather than dramatic, and the atmosphere is closer to a local Adriatic town than an international marina.
