Tivat works as two towns stitched together. The polished new waterfront around Porto Montenegro is the obvious first walk, but the older pleasures are along the Pine Embankment, in Donja Lastva, and uphill at Gornja Lastva.
Save time for the water and wetlands. The Island of Flowers and Our Lady of Mercy sit just off the shore, while the Tivat Salt Pans are one of the easiest nature stops on the Montenegrin coast.
