Plavi Horizonti is the easiest proper beach escape from Tivat, tucked into a sheltered bay on the Luštica peninsula. The water is usually calmer and shallower than on the open coast, which makes it popular with families.
It gets busy in July and August, so come early or outside peak season if you want the bay at its best. The beach combines well with a drive around the Luštica peninsula.
