Ten Katemarkt is Oud-West's daily market, running along Ten Katestraat — smaller and less touristed than the Albert Cuypmarkt in De Pijp, but consistently good for fresh produce, cheese, fish, and street food. It serves the neighbourhood rather than visitors, which is exactly its appeal: the stalls and prices reflect what locals actually buy.
It's an easy stop alongside De Hallen, a few minutes' walk away on Kinkerstraat.
