Mossel & Gin sits on the western edge of Westerpark, built around exactly what the name promises: pots of mussels cooked several ways, plus a long, well-curated gin list with the tonics and garnishes to match. The room is bright and informal, with a terrace that looks out over the park rather than the gasworks buildings closer to the centre of the complex.
It's one of the better restaurant options in the area for a relaxed dinner that doesn't depend on the Westergasfabriek's busier central terraces.
