A Michelin-listed restaurant just off the Vismarkt, run by chef Jean-Michel Hengge for more than three decades. The kitchen does French-inspired tasting menus from local ingredients — North Sea fish, game from the Drents-Friese countryside, vegetables from nearby market gardens. The dining room is small and elegant, the service formal without being stiff.
