Rotterdam's metro, tram, and bus network is run by RET and covers the city well. The metro is the fastest way between Centraal Station, Blaak, and the south bank. Trams fan out to the neighbourhoods. A day pass (tourist day ticket) covers all public transport. The city is flat and well-suited to cycling -- OV-fiets bike rental is available at Centraal Station. Taxis can be hailed or called through the Rotterdamse Taxi Centrale.
