Haagse Toren is one of the easiest ways to get above The Hague. The tower stands near Hollands Spoor station, and its upper floors give a useful orientation view over the compact centre, the rail lines, and, on clear days, toward the coast.
The building is not a historic monument, but the height makes it worthwhile if you like city panoramas. Go for a drink or meal rather than a pure sightseeing stop, and choose daylight if you want to read the geography rather than just see lights.
