A branch of the well-regarded organic Norwegian bakery chain on Markens gate, with a small cafe attached. Good sourdough, decent coffee, sandwiches made on their own bread, pastries that are better than they need to be. The obvious lunch stop for anyone walking the Kvadraturen.
