A small, ambitious modern Nordic restaurant on Tordenskjolds gate in the heart of the Kvadraturen, run by chef Pål de Lange. The format is a short tasting menu of six to ten courses built around southern Norwegian produce — wild herbs and flowers, langoustines from the archipelago, lamb from the inland farms. One of two restaurants in Kristiansand with a Michelin recommendation.
Reservations well in advance, especially for weekend dinners. Closed Sunday and Monday.
