Plaza de Toros de Granada is a substantial brick bullring north of the historic core, built in a neo-Mudéjar style that makes it more architecturally interesting than many modern arenas. Its arcades, towers, and circular mass stand out in the surrounding neighbourhood.
Whether or not you have any interest in bullfighting, the building is part of Granada's cultural landscape. It is best approached as architecture and local history, and it can be combined with a walk through less tourist-heavy streets beyond the cathedral-Albaicín-Alhambra triangle.
