By car is the practical way. From Jaca, take the A-1601 north through Puente la Reina de Jaca; the drive is about 45 minutes and the road passes through fine mountain scenery. From Pamplona, allow around an hour and a half via Jaca.
By bus, a single daily service runs between Jaca and Hecho. The timing has historically been awkward — it arrives in the evening and departs in the morning — which effectively means you are staying overnight. Check current timetables with Hecho's town hall (ayuntamiento) or the bus company, as services change seasonally.
The nearest airports are Pamplona (roughly 100 km) and Zaragoza (around 170 km). There is no practical way to reach Hecho by public transport from either airport in a single day without a car.
