The Platja de S'Arenal is the focus of everything here — a wide, well-maintained sandy beach running west along the Bay of Palma. It connects seamlessly with the neighbouring Playa de Palma beach, making the combined strip one of the longest urban beaches in the Balearics. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire along most of the length; the eastern end, nearest the marina, tends to be a little quieter.
The water is calm, shallow, and clear — well suited to families and non-swimmers. The beach is cleaned daily in summer and holds a Blue Flag designation.
