Casa Museu Dionís Bennàssar

The home and studio of the painter Dionís Bennàssar (1904–1967) is preserved as a small museum on a quiet side street in the old town. Bennàssar was a Pollença native and a self-taught painter whose colour-saturated landscapes of the bay and the Tramuntana now feel like the defining visual record of Pollença in the mid-20th century.

The house itself is as much of an exhibit as the paintings — modest Mallorcan rooms, original furniture, the studio left more or less as it was. Free or low entrance; check the opening hours, which are limited.
