One of Laguardia's most respected tables, Amelibia has built its reputation on straightforward but excellent Riojan cooking: roasted lamb, grilled vegetables from the local kitchen garden, and the classic potato and pepper stew (patatas a la riojana) done with real care. The dining room is set in a stone-vaulted cellar beneath the old town, which provides natural atmosphere.
