A traditional asador (grill restaurant) in the heart of the old town, specialising in chuletón — a thick rib-eye on the bone grilled over coals and served sliced with a sprinkling of coarse salt. Side dishes are unfussy (peppers, beans, salad) and pointless, frankly: the steak is the point.
