Eating Out

Seafood is the only serious reason to eat in Muros, and the seafood is very good. Pulpo á feira (boiled octopus with olive oil and paprika), percebes (goose barnacles, ugly and expensive and delicious), and grilled fish straight off the boats. Prices are lower than in Santiago or the more touristy rías. The restaurants along the harbour do simple, fresh food without fuss.
