Things to Do

Muros is not a destination for organised sightseeing — there are no museums, no historical monuments of international significance. What it offers is the texture of a working Galician fishing town: a harbour where boats actually fish, a market where the catch actually lands, an old quarter of arcaded streets worn smooth by rain and foot traffic. Add the surrounding beaches and the ría views, and a day here is well spent.
