The old quarter is built on the hillside above the bay, a tight grid of whitewashed lanes with flower-draped balconies and a handful of small galleries and studios. It's compact — you can walk the whole thing in twenty minutes — but worth taking slowly. The view back down over the marina and the coastline toward Benidorm is particularly good from the upper streets.
