The restaurant at the boutique hotel La Cordée des Alpes is one of the few fine-dining rooms in Verbier that stays open year-round. The dining room — pale wood, vaulted ceiling, an open kitchen at one end — is elegantly contemporary, and the menu pairs French alpine cooking with Mediterranean and Italian accents.
Tasting menus run CHF 130–180; à la carte mains in the mid-CHF 50s. Service is attentive without being stiff. Booking is essential in ski season and during the Verbier Festival.
