Pub Mont Fort opened in 1989 and is the longest-running British-style pub in town — a dark wood interior, a long bar, a permanent crowd of British and Australian ski instructors, decent pub food and a serious cask-ale selection. The terrace catches the afternoon sun and tends to be packed from 15:00 onwards in season.
A reliable spot to find familiar accents, watch a football game and end up sharing a fondue with strangers. Closed in late spring and autumn.
