☰Churchill Theatre

The Churchill Theatre is Edinburgh's main neighbourhood theatre, hosting a year-round programme of touring productions, local amateur performances, and comedy. During the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August it becomes one of the city's busier Fringe venues, with a programme that is particularly strong on comedy and family shows. Outside the Festival it offers a reliable mix of musical theatre, drama, and pantomime. The location in Morningside, away from the concentrated Fringe venues of the Old Town, means it is often easier to get tickets for shows here than at venues closer to the centre.
