The coast road north to Achiltibuie and then on the narrow single-track road to Lochinver is one of Scotland's great drives, with mountain and coastal scenery that is scarcely possible to exaggerate. If you can fit it in, take a boat trip to the Summer Isles from Achiltibuie.
