A small, narrow beach on the west side of Culebra, just south of Flamenco, that locals call the best snorkelling on the island. The reef begins a few feet from the sand and stretches several hundred metres out. Green sea turtles graze on the seagrass beds in the bay and are seen almost every day.
There are no facilities, no kiosks, no lifeguards — just a parking pull-off and a short walk down to the sand. Reef-safe sunscreen is required (and enforced); the corals here are part of the wildlife refuge.
