The café branch of the Ricomini bakery family, this is the default place in Mayagüez for breakfast: strong coffee, fresh-baked mallorcas dusted with powdered sugar, ham and cheese sandwiches pressed flat on a plancha, and any number of quesitos and brazos from the bakery counter.
The interior is nothing special — formica tables, fluorescent light — but the food is fast, cheap and exactly what you want in the morning. Open early.
