Buena Park Downtown is the city's main shopping mall, on Stanton Avenue a few blocks east of Knott's Berry Farm. Originally opened in 1961 as Buena Park Mall, it was once one of the largest in the country; a long decline and a 2010 renovation turned it into a hybrid open-air centre with cinemas, chain restaurants, and a Krikorian movie complex.
It's a useful stop if you need lunch, a coffee, or to escape the theme-park crowds. The food court has a respectable selection of Korean and Mexican counters reflecting the city's demographics.
