Real Art Ways is a long-running contemporary arts centre in Hartford, with visual art exhibitions, independent film, public programmes, performances, and community events. It began as an alternative art space and still has a more experimental feel than a traditional museum.
It is worth checking the current programme before going, since the strongest reason to visit is often a specific exhibition, screening, or event.
