The village around Mallery Street has half a dozen casual bars and cafes within a couple of blocks of the lighthouse — enough for an evening of bar-hopping in a sleepy, beach-town way. Most close by midnight, even on summer Saturdays. For coffee in the morning, several independent shops sit on Demere Road and in the village.
