Kramarczuk's Sausage Co.

Kramarczuk's has been making Central European sausages and deli foods on Northeast Avenue since 1954, when Wasyl and Anna Kramarczuk arrived from Ukraine and opened a sausage shop to serve the Eastern European community that had settled in Northeast Minneapolis in the early 20th century. The business has remained family-owned for three generations.

The restaurant and deli serves borscht, pierogi, kielbasa, and the full range of Eastern European comfort food, alongside house-made sausages that can be purchased by the pound. The dining room is unfashionable in the best way — long tables, cafeteria-style service, and a clientele that includes both old-timers from the neighbourhood and visitors who have heard about the place from food guides. Open for breakfast and lunch daily.
