Omaha has a strong Czech and Eastern European food tradition, a legacy of the immigrant communities who settled here in the 19th century. The South 13th Street corridor, known as Little Bohemia, still has a few old-school spots serving dumplings and goulash. The Old Market has the city's densest concentration of restaurants, ranging from casual lunch spots to proper sit-down dining.
