The Woodlands is primarily a residential suburb, but it has a few genuinely good things to see and do — mostly outdoors or arts-related. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is the main draw for visitors from Houston. The Waterway is pleasant for a morning walk. Beyond that, most activities here are of the "pleasant afternoon" variety rather than destination sightseeing.
