Titletown District

Mixed-use development adjacent to Lambeau Field with a winter skating hill and year-round activities

The Titletown District is a 34-acre mixed-use development immediately adjacent to Lambeau Field, developed by the Green Bay Packers organization to create activity around the stadium beyond game days. The centerpiece is an outdoor plaza with a year-round program of events: a sledding hill and ice rink in winter, lawn games and concerts in summer. The hill, called "The Hill," is artificial and modest in size, but it's become a legitimate Green Bay social hub.

The district also includes restaurants, offices, and a physical therapy facility. It's an interesting urban experiment — a professional sports franchise using its brand and land holdings to create a neighborhood. Whether you find this charming or unnerving probably depends on your feelings about the Packers. For visiting families with kids, the outdoor activities are genuinely fun and the open space near the stadium gives game-day logistics room to breathe.
