The provincial fine arts museum, named for its founding director Dr Pedro E. Martínez. The collection covers Argentine 19th- and 20th-century painting, with strong representation of artists from Entre Ríos and the Litoral region — Cesáreo Bernaldo de Quirós is the standout local name. Sculpture, drawings, and travelling exhibitions fill out the small upstairs galleries. Entry is free; an hour is enough.
