The working port on the eastern edge of the city, with a small marina and the departure point for river trips into the Paraná delta. Several local operators run half-day boat excursions to the islands — birdwatching, fishing, swimming off sandbars — and a few have small floating restaurants moored offshore. The port itself is unglamorous but the river view from the bluff above is one of the best in the city.
