Bariloche is the centre of Patagonian craft brewing — every village in the surrounding valleys seems to have a brewery, and the city has more taps than any other place in Argentina. Bustillo, the main road west out of town, has a string of brewery taprooms in the first ten kilometres. The cafes on Mitre roast their own coffee and stay open late.
