The Circuito Chico is the standard introduction to the landscape around Bariloche: a 60 kilometre loop that leaves the city on Avenida Bustillo, follows the southern shore of Nahuel Huapi out to Llao Llao, then returns over the back roads through Lago Moreno and Punto Panoramico. It can be driven in two hours with stops, or cycled in a day if you are reasonably fit — there are several rises that bite.
The classic stops are the Punto Panoramico viewpoint, the Capilla San Eduardo wooden chapel near Llao Llao, the Bahia López trailhead at the foot of Cerro López, and the Colonia Suiza village. Buses follow most of the route, so it can also be done as a hop-on-hop-off day with local transport.
