Accra's main craft market and the best place in the city to load up on woodcarvings, kente cloth, beads, masks, and drums. Prices start absurd and end reasonable; bargain hard, and walk a few stalls away if a vendor won't budge. There is also a small open-air theatre that hosts drumming and dance performances. Cruise-ship days are crowded; otherwise it's a relaxed couple of hours.
