A boutique riad in the kasbah that opened in 2010 as a restaurant, piano bar, and members' club, occupying a 17th-century palace lavishly restored by the Spanish-Moroccan group behind the El Minzah hotel. The dining room is in the cool ground-floor patio under the painted-cedar arches; the rooftop terrace gives one of the best high-table views in the medina; the basement piano bar runs nightly into the early hours.
The food is contemporary Moroccan-French with strong seafood — count on around 600-800 dirhams per person for a full dinner with wine. Booking essential, particularly for the patio at weekends. One of the few licensed establishments in the medina.
