Rajmachi Point is a classic Lonavala overlook, set on the road above the valleys and looking toward the ridges around Rajmachi Fort. In the monsoon and just after it, the slopes below are intensely green and the clouds move quickly through the gaps.
It is an easy stop rather than a trek destination, which makes it useful if you are moving between Lonavala's viewpoints, dams, and fort routes. Visibility changes fast in wet weather, so a short wait can make the difference between a white wall of mist and a wide Ghats panorama.
